Who are Elle & Bee?

Great question! We get asked this a lot. Elle & Bee really stands for the initals of our first names - Lindsay + Barb. Barb - my mom is who I really have to thank for this small business of mine. She started out with her own small business around the same time I decided to - our thirties (thirty, flirty and thriving.. right?!) We have been curating together since I can remember and she plays a huge role in my business - she helps cut wood, helps with markets and all around supports me with so much love.

What type of wood do you use for your signs + laser/engraved products?

Wood signs are made out of premium birch and pine plywood - depending what we are able to get from my distributor. Laser/engraved items are made from premium maple plywood.

How does your shipping work?

With the insane prices of shipping within Canada - we try to bring you the best pricing we can.

For all small items there is the option to ship via Lettermail which is $5.00 and DOES NOT come with tracking.

For all larger items and handmade signs - these need to be shipped via parcel which is $18.00 and DOES come with tracking.

Local to Cold Lake - there is the option for local pick up.

What is your processing time?

Processing time is dependent on the item.

• Wood Signs - 10-14 business days

• Custom Wood Signs - 3-4 weeks

• Laser/Engraved Items - 5-10 business days

I received my item + it is damaged - how do I proceed?

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery or within 24 hours of pick-up. You will need to provide a picture of the damaged item and once your request is submitted, either it will be replaced or you may be provided with a full refund. Your choice!
